My Nose Piercing

Yesterday, I went by Lucky Draw Tattoos to get my nose pierced. My best friend, Justean, took video of the entire process. I trimmed the video down by a few minutes, because there was a lot of excess. When the video starts, my nose is being marked for the third and final time.

My favorite part of the video is when Ashley (Piercer) says,"Here's a napkin just in case you bleed out." It's not often you get to hear that lovely phrase.

    I'm getting mine done on my birthday! :D Along with re-piercing my ears. I had to take them out YEARS ago when they got infected but I never seem to have the time to get them redone >.<

      I bet you're looking forward to it. I was really glad to finally get my nose done. The swelling's gone down and I cleaned the blood off, so it looks much better today than yesterday.

    You did better than I did! Low pain tolerance = almost passed out.

    Hahaha! Your whole ordeal went a lot quicker than mine did! Lucky :P

      The piercer told me some people just pass out, so that's normal. haha I never knew, but apparently it happens a good bit.

Toby and Goblins from Labyrinth While thumbing through a copy of Fate Magazine, an article about goblins caught my eye. Goblins are legendary creatures that come in many shapes and sizes. Generally, Goblins are said to be small and ugly, noisy, and have a bit of a mean streak. New Hair: 20's Inspired

For my readers who have followed this blog for any considerable amount of time, you probably aren't surprised that I've changed my hair yet again! I got rid of my orange patch, and I exchanged it for a color close to my natural hue. It's been a while since I've had them, but I decided to go with bangs again.  This cut reminds me of Daisy Buchanan's in the recent Gatsby.  Daisy Buchanan I'm a fan of the Roaring Twenties. It was an age of decadence, but also an age of self-discovery. Besides, some very good authors and artists came out of that era. Speaking of 20's artists and writers, If you have not seen Midnight in Paris, then you certainly should.
