The Real-Life Munster Mansion

I grew up watching The Munsters, and I loved the show. Even today, I still love it. When I found out that a couple in Texas built a replica of the Munster mansion, I was ecstatic. 1313 Mockingbird Lane in Waxahachie, Texas is the address. It is the couple's private home, and it is only open to visitors during charity events. I hope to visit this house when I get the chance. This is probably old news, but I'm sure there were still a few people who haven't heard about it.

DIY Moon Patch

Dragon Con 2012

This year was my first time going to Dragon Con. Although it was exhausting, I had a great time. I definitely plan on going again next year. Me and Justean She's feeling zombified. Justean, I think you need medical attention. Getting strangled by my demon friend. I had to. haha I tried on two authentic steel boned corsets. I originally wanted the underbust (since they're versatile), but the overbust looks really good too. I'd like to order one for birthday or Christmas. Goodwill's Bad Reputation

In recent news, I was appalled to find that my favorite source to buy clothing has developed a bad reputation for paying disabled workers under minimum wage. According to NBC News, Some disabled workers in Pennsylvania were payed as low as 22 cents per hour in 2011. Thanks to a legal loophole, this is not technically a violation of any labor standard. Source Goodwill Industries is a company that prides itself on providing opportunities to " enhance the dignity and quality of life of individuals and families by strengthening communities, eliminating barriers to opportunity, and helping people in need reach their full potential through learning and the power of work."
